“United Policyholders organization should be the first line of information to all fire victims. They are positive people who are earnestly trying to help others through a difficult time. They can provide professional people and lay people to answer most any question a fire victim could have.”
Please take a few minutes to complete a short survey. The purpose is to gather information at the one year anniversary of the Black Forest wildfire on insurance and recovery, progress and obstacles. The data collected through this survey will help non-profit organizations and local officials that are serving you and your community during the long term recovery. Your identity will be kept confidential when the survey results are analyzed.
No personal information about you or your property will be shared without your express consent. Any reports that result from this survey will be based on aggregate data. You will be able to view this data on our website following the close of the survey.
Please complete only one survey per household.
As a thank you for completing the survey, all email addresses will be entered into a drawing to win $50 Amazon giftcard. The winner will be notified via email. We will not share or sell your email address.
