Ain’t it good to know, you’ve got a friend

The destruction from the wildfires that are raging in Colorado and elsewhere this summer is unspeakably sad. Hard work lies ahead. To those who will soon begin the excruciating process of inventorying and documenting their losses and those who just want to be educated; the message from United Policyholders is: You’ve got a friend:

  • Our insurance recovery and preparedness tips are reliable.
  • Our volunteers are empathic and experienced.
  • We don’t sell anything. Our goal is to empower and help you get the financial protection you paid for.

To borrow from another James Taylor song; “I’ve seen fire and I’ve seen rain…I prefer rain.” UP volunteer and attorney Ken Klein created that t-shirt message to cheer on his family and neighbors after the 2003 wildfire that destroyed their homes. Ken’s wit and wisdom has helped disaster survivors from Texas to Santa Barbara keep perspective and stay on track.
