Dear Terry, The CA FAIR Plan is getting 1,000 applications a day, they recently changed tech platforms, and we are hearing horror stories about how hard it is to reach a person there. We assume their billing is not up to date – and you can likely disregard that bill – but if you get another one or one threatening a cancellation you’ll need to reach out to them or the CA Dept. of Insurance consumer help bureau at: https://www.insurance.ca.gov/01-consumers/101-help/
