Can I claim the cost of damaged flooring when the same flooring was damaged from a different loss 2 years ago? The carrier paid for the flooring from a different claim 2 years ago. We now have a new claim and the same area of flooring is damaged and the carrier is refusing to pay since they already paid the ACV amount 2 years ago.
