At insurance company’s request, I obtained a bid from a local contractor and submitted the bid to insurance company in late March. They are stalling on reviewing and have said they several times that they are “reaching out to my contractor for some clarifications”. My contractor has not heard from insurance company – I have checked every time the insurane company said that. Do you think it is better to try to diplomatically call out insurance company or file a complaint with the Department Insurance?
