In April, May and June of 2024, dozens of tornadoes affected communities in many southern and midwestern states, including Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. Thousands of buildings were destroyed or damaged.
