Trevor Higgins serves as United Policyholders’ Development Associate, supporting the organization’s fundraising operations including grants, sponsorships, individual and corporate donations, donor relations, and our annual UP to Good special event.  He works closely with Senior Staff.

As a born and raised San Franciscan, Trevor is familiar with the devastation that has resulted from earthquakes, wildfires and flood events in California and is inspired by the recovery and resilience aid that UP’s three programs bring to people and businesses throughout the state and the country.  Trevor is a recent graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in International Studies focusing on Conflict Resolution and Diplomacy. Trevor has served as a Program Assistant for the World Affairs Council, helping with conferences such as the APEC Multistakeholder Forum and the Global Philanthropy Forum. Trevor focuses on helping facilitate programs and events that benefit disaster impacted communities and assist individuals in contending with the impact of climate change on property insurance affordability and availability.
