My insurance company denied full coverage for my claim involving a hit-and-run while my car was parked, citing that I had not reported all damages when submitting the claim online. I protested, explaining that I had accurately indicated the locations of all damages using their software. When the adjuster requested photographs, I promptly submitted them and offered to provide more if needed, but no further requests were made, and my claim was approved a few days later with a list of collision centers. I chose one, where a representative confirmed my repairs were approved; however, a local insurance representative began questioning me about the damages. I directed him to my adjuster, who had already approved the repairs. A week later, I was informed that only minor repairs were authorized after a reevaluation of my claim. When I suggested the manager contact my adjuster for clarification, he disregarded my suggestion and denied me access to the drawings needed to prove I had reported all damages initially. Since then, he has refused to provide contact information for his supervisor, and customer support has indicated there is nothing further they can do. Please advise.
