Partial Loss – Contents manipulation, Detach & reset fixgures, Plastic & pads, Additional hours for “Access”, Additional coats of finish & dustless floor sanding, Repair of drywall (if pull out baseboards) & skim coat after repairs; Total Loss – Supervision (left out of 95% of scopes), Per Diem for crews, PPE, Material costs (not reflecting your area’s costs), Subcontractor costs (again, not reflecting actual baseline costs of these construction costs in your county)
