Our house was a total loss in the fire and we are trying to piece together our policy. USAA has refused to provide us with ‘QR3(02) (07-08) QUICK REFERENCE-SPECIAL FORM,’ even though it was in the renewal declarations page that is active and it is considered part of the policy packet. They have claimed it is too old and not that important. That doesn’t make sense to us.

Is this form policy-holder specific/tailored, or is it general for all policyholders?
For purposes of interpreting our policy can we rely on what we found on the Nevada government site or do we need to somehow get the form from USAA?
