Could you please tell me where I can find the Illinois state laws on Landlord Insurance policies? I need to better understand my rights as a landlord and I need clear definitions of a tenant. What is a squatter? What is unauthorized guest? Illinois/Cook County/City of Chicago are anti-landlord and my Landlord insurance policy refuses to cover any of the estimated $30k of cleaning/repairs/replacement from the intentional damages. Thank you.
