Mike is a partner with Linkenheimer LLP. He participates extensively in the tax practice, and leads their audit and accounting practice providing his clients with financial statements necessary for internal purposes, banks, and investors, etc. In addition, as part of many of Linkenheimer’s consulting engagements, particularly those involving buying or selling businesses, forecasts, cash flow and costing analyses, and internal control studies, Mike draws on his 30+ years of business and tax experience to work through problems and issues with his team. Developing customized spreadsheet analyses for many applications is a strength. His firm is in for the long run with their clients and Mike works to address immediate concerns, solve problems, and ultimately plan for the future.
Community service is important to his firm, and to Mike, personally. He has served many local nonprofit organizations, including Santa Rosa East Rotary, and Elsie Allen High School Foundation. Since the 2017 Sonoma and Napa County Wildfires, Mike and his team has helped countless survivors work through their resulting income tax issues, participating in firm seminars, United Policyholder presentations, and individual meetings.
