As Chief Financial Officer and public adjuster at For the People Public Insurance Adjusting, my duties are to oversee and manage daily operations and prepare strategies for appraising and negotiating a policyholder insurance claim. As CFO, I represent the rights of an insured during an insurance claim process. My duties include providing the expertise and ability to interpret ambiguous insurance policies which allows property owners to receive the maximum amount of indemnification for their claims. I prepare a detailed scope of repairs, estimates, and appraisals as well as use experts in the fields of remediation, toxicology, and construction engineers to prove the policyholder’s loss. It is my purpose to provide insurance policy interpretation so I can determine covered and uncovered items so that our firm can negotiate with the insurance carrier to a final and fair settlement.
