Rani Gupta is a litigator who represents corporate policyholders in high-stakes insurance coverage disputes.

Ms. Gupta’s practice encompasses high-profile insurance coverage matters, product liability, class action, antitrust, environmental, asbestos, construction, and abuse and misconduct claims. She litigates and arbitrates coverage under a wide variety of insurance policies, including property and business interruption, general liability, errors and omissions, cyber, and directors and officers policies.
