Tom Henderson
Tom Henderson

Tom was admitted to practice in Colorado in October of 1987. Tom is a member of both the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Bad Faith subcommittee of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Denver and Arapahoe County Bar Associations. Tom also lectures on insurance bad faith and insurance coverage to groups of policyholders. In 2023, Tom was appointed as a judge in the 18th Judicial District Court, serving Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and Lincoln counties, and will no longer answer questions in this forum. United Policyholders is grateful to Tom for sharing his expertise.
