Spencer is a co-founder and the Vice President of EAS Environmental, the premier disaster restoration and environmental contractor in South Carolina. Spencer specializes in fire and flood restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, lead paint remediation, and crawlspace encapsulation – all for both residential and commercial property. Spencer leads the environmental and stabilization efforts performed by his company, oversees all projects, and is hands-on with all major projects. Spencer, and EASE, are licensed/certified for asbestos abatement in SC and GA through SC DHEC and GA EPD, lead paint remediation through US EPA, fire and water restoration and mold remediation through the IICRC, and healthcare/medical renovation through CleanHealth Environmental. Spencer has led major projects for the US Coast Guard, US Navy, USPS, major universities, small and large corporations, multi-family properties, and mostly, for single family homeowners.
