Demián Oksenendler has dedicated over two decades to fighting for clients in insurance coverage and bad faith cases, a practice that represents his true passion and comprises 75% of his work. Since earning his California license in 2004, Demián has also championed personal injury victims and handled complex civil litigation matters. Demián’s journey began at UC Berkeley, where he studied Political Economy of Industrial Societies, before pursuing his J.D. at U.C. Law, San Francisco (formerly U.C. Hastings).
