Keeping your home protected when insurance options are limited and expensive

In some areas in Colorado, home insurance premiums are rising and/or consumers are being dropped by their home insurance company.  UP is closely monitoring the property insurance marketplace, coordinating with stakeholders to restore affordable options and working hard to help people reduce risk and keep property adequately insured.

If you were dropped and had to replace your home insurance in recent years, or your rates have gone up (or not) we want to hear from you.  Help us monitor and report on pricing and availability by completing our 2024 Colorado Home Insurance Survey at: www.uphelp.org/COhomesurvey

The data collected will help inform our preparedness and advocacy work.
