All complex or large-loss projects at Eastern Public are personally overseen by CEO Brian Evans. In addition to being a court-certified expert witness and appointed insurance appraisal umpire, Brian holds multiple professional designations and industry certifications. He has successfully managed hundreds of complex claims and resolved disputes for policyholders across the nation, serving industries such as multi-unit housing, food and beverage, fine arts, industrial warehousing, manufacturing, shipping, medicine, new construction, and special events.

A recognized expert in his field, Brian plays a key role in industry leadership as an officer of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA), Vice President of the New York Public Adjusters Association (NYPAA), and Officer in charge of NAPIA’s professional education committee. Brian is one of the primary organizers for the First Party Claims Conference (FPCC), an event committed to the goal of raising industry standards through collaboration and education across industry lines.
