Demian Oksenendler

Demian Oksenendler has dedicated over two decades to fighting for clients in insurance coverage and bad faith cases, a practice that represents his true passion and comprises 75% of his work. Since earning his California license in 2004, Demian has also championed personal injury victims and handled complex civil litigation matters. Demian’s journey began at UC Berkeley, where he studied Political Economy of Industrial Societies, before pursuing his J.D. at U.C. Law, San Francisco (formerly U.C. Hastings). Demian’s commitment to excellence showed early—[he/she] earned multiple academic honors including CALI Excellence Awards and Witkin Awards, participated actively in moot court competition, and contributed to the law journal, experiences that shaped [his/her] approach to advocacy.

Licensed to practice before federal courts throughout California and the Ninth Circuit, Demian Oksenendler brings his courtroom experience to bear on the most challenging cases. His peers have recognized this dedication through inclusion in Super Lawyers, along with the coveted Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating. Beyond individual recognition, he believes strongly in advancing the profession and serves on the Executive Committee of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, while maintaining active memberships in organizations like the American Association for Justice and Consumer Attorneys of California.

As a bilingual attorney fluent in English and Spanish, Demian takes pride in serving California’s diverse communities. Mr. Oksenendler values mentorship and professional growth through his involvement with the Lawyers Club of San Francisco and the American Inns of Court, believing that the legal profession is strengthened when attorneys support one another’s development and uphold the highest ethical standards.
