Judith Vickers has more than 20 years’ experience as a licensed public adjuster. Judith founded BenchMark Public Adjusting Group in 2006. She has extensive experience handling complex commercial and residential property claims. She has been appointed by the US Bankruptcy Court to quantify damages for policyholders with significant claims while in bankruptcy proceedings. Judith is a founding member and Past President of Georgia Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (GAPIA). Judith has
served in many roles for the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) and currently serves as NAPIA’s Chairperson for the Professional Certification Committee.

Judith is licensed and actively works in Georgia, California, Nevada, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Colorado.

Unable to match roofing shingles

The insurance company doesn’t want to replace the roof, only repair it and an ITEL report was unable to identify the existing shingles. The report suggested a possible match, which is not even close to the existing shingles. What can I do, if anything?
