Katherine Goodrich is a founding partner at MoGo LLC, where she represents policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation. She has successfully argued cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and, along with co-founder Rodney Monheit, has briefed appellate issues as amicus curiae for the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. She also successfully challenged an insurer's interpretation of its own policy in federal court.
Katherine is passionate about helping Colorado policyholders recover after natural disasters, including the East Troublesome and Marshall wildfires. She regularly volunteers with United Policyholders through pro bono clinics, helping consumers understand their insurance rights and navigate the claims process. She is known for translating complex insurance issues into practical strategies that help policyholders secure the benefits they are entitled to under their policies.
Katherine has also practiced employment law, advising business owners and representing employees in wage and hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination matters. She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2023 and by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Insurance Law since 2024.
