Modoc Fire Safe Council Chipper Program | This program provides vegetation chipping for slash piles resulting from of homeowners’ efforts to reduce hazardous fuels and create defensible space around their homes and/or structures.

Landowner Assistance Defensible Space Program | This program assists homeowners, at no cost to the homeowner, in creating a 100 foot Defensible Space (or up to its property line) buffer around homes in Modoc County Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) areas.
