Stacy Tucker
Stacy Tucker

Stacy Monahan Tucker has spent her professional life immersed in the complex world of insurance. After working as a management consultant for national insurers, she attended the University of Chicago Law School and began representing insurers in litigation. She has decades of experience in disability insurance, life insurance, and property insurance coverage issues.

After working at some of the top white shoe defense law firms in the country, Stacy decided to take her years of experience and knowledge of the inner workings of insurers and use them to help policyholders in life, long term care, disability litigation and catastrophic property claims. Stacy has a particular interest and expertise in helping insureds who find themselves victims of underinsurance after losing their homes in a disaster.

Since she began representing policyholders, she has obtained tens of millions of dollars in settlement awards for her clients. She practices throughout the country and is admitted to California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Nevada state bars.
